Inter-Tel is

will act as the authorized agent to
interface with your current long distance
company, in order to facilitate the change.

have retained Inter-Tel NetSolutions, 885 Trademark Drive, Reno NV, 89521 as our
authorized agent to
interface with your company(ies) regarding all aspects of
our long distance service.
Under the terms of this agreement and by this letter, we do hereby authorize
Inter-Tel Net Solutions to handle
all negotiations for long distance service
requests and the issuance of orders. The agency shall continue in
effect until
you are notified of its cancellation in writing.
This authorization shall in no way preclude our ability to act in our own behalf when we deem it necessary.
